GLOBAL WARMING IS HERE

This spring, after many, many, cold and barely summer summers, my husband declared that he was going to start using aerosol cans again to speed up global warming. Well, it worked. It is the hottest freaking summer in such a long time. We planted a garden to save some money, but the cost of having to water it every evening will probably balance out, unless that money tree I planted this year takes off.

i was just joking about the aerosol cans, we use pump and are actually as environmentally conscious as can be in our society. i'm all for selling all of it and moving to a hut somewhere, and i'm not kidding. it is here, and i think it's part of all of the hurricanes (back to back) so soon in the season. did i miss something or is it el nino or something? i'm out of the loop. however, i did read that the snows of kilimanjaro are melting at such a rate, that they will soon be gone due to global warming.

i know, me too. we really don't get much snow anymore though, despite living in the "snow belt". it snows for like 3 days straight, and melts. it's not the heat, it's the humidity. i could probably grow orchids in my yard this year, no problem. i cut the grass on "1 inch" thinking it was going to rain soon, alas, no. my husband was freaking, "you're going to kill the grass." and my reply, "well, that's the point. we won't have to mow as much." gas is $2.23 a gallon and rising.
